SPECIAL COLOURS
Unico

Where art meets performance

Sporting performance and art may seem to be opposing worlds. On the one hand physical effort, sweat and competition. On the other, inspiration, creativity, introspection and a dash of madness.
But there's something very strong shared by two such different disciplines: total dedication.

Athlete and artist share passion--very strong and always alive--and consistent commitment over time. Without these basic ingredients, there would be no top-level sport, nor art worthy of note. That's why we have tried to get sport and art to communicate. Unico is the result.

Koralie
Koralie
Koralie was born in Provence, just a stone’s throw away from the enchanting medieval town of Aigues Mortes, and studied in the exciting university town of Montpellier, a cultural melting pot where young people are encouraged to express themselves through art.

Drawing from her Provençal roots, Koralie’s Wilier 0 SLR Unico frame is an ode to cycling along France’s iconic coastline, enjoying a foretaste of the “Giant of Provence”, the fascinating Mont Ventoux, whose white-stone summit can be admired in all its glory from Aigues Mortes on bright sunny days.
Jun Inoue
Jun Inoue
This is Jun Inoue's art.
As old as the aura of a shrine yet as contemporary as a human swarm that moves along the lines that lead into and out of the vastness that is Greater Tokyo.
Just a little further is the future and Jun Inoue is able to follow it with his art, day after day. His contemporary works contain all the wisdom of the past and this is why, in a completely different field and by analogy, they call to mind Shimano components.
